I’m a media trainer and executive communication coach working with Fortune 100 executives, nonprofit leaders, and mission-driven spokespeople who need to communicate clearly and effectively in media interviews and public speaking engagements.

After a 20-year career as a broadcast journalist, during which I interviewed more than 10,000 people, I founded Reel Media PR to help leaders perform at their best in high-visibility, high-pressure moments.
​
My focus is helping clients communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose—especially in situations where their message carries real impact. I’m particularly drawn to working with cause-driven organizations that are shaping important conversations and need to tell their stories with precision and authenticity.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, reading, hiking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
